Refund policy

 REASONS FOR TERMINATION

Spolert.it reserves the right to terminate the contract by simply notifying the Customer, who in this case will only be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid and nothing more. The obligations assumed by the Purchaser and also indicated in the Terms of Use of the website and in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the guarantee of successful completion of the payment made by the Customer as indicated, are essential, so that by express agreement, the Customer's failure to fulfill even one of these obligations will result in the termination of the contract pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code without the need for a court ruling. The customer may terminate the contract only before shipment, with the subject line "order cancellation" and specifying all their details (name, surname, company, address, telephone number, and email address) and the order placed with the total amount including VAT. We reserve the right to carry out the relevant checks before proceeding.

 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is governed byLegislative Decree 206/2005. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers); therefore, it cannot be exercised by legal entities or by natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out. In the event that a customer is eligible to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may return the goods provided that the return is first authorized by Spolert Winery; the return of the goods must in any case take place within 14 days of the product’s delivery date, and the customer must:
- send a request via certified email to: agricolafari@legalmail.it
- The return of the product must in any case take place within 14 days of the delivery date of the goods and only under the conditions specified below;
- provided that the return is made using the original, undamaged packaging;
- provided that the product has not been used or damaged;
- provided that the returned product is accompanied by a specific delivery note (DDT) indicating the invoice number and date.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal and, in any case, after the product has been returned and inspected. Provided all conditions are met, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product via their own courier at their own expense and risk. The refund will be made via bank transfer; please remember to provide us with your exact bank details, specifically the IBAN code.
