The customer purchases the products and services available on the spolert.it website online. The information provided on spolert.it is subject to change; please always review all pages, including the Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The contract with the Customer is deemed concluded upon payment of the order submitted to spolert.it. Acceptance is deemed tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means and sent within 10 days of receipt of the order confirmation (i.e., upon completion of the transaction). By placing an order, the Customer also declares that they have reviewed the product and its features as described on the website and fully accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Terms of Use of the website. It is understood that the images accompanying the technical-descriptive sheet of a product may not perfectly represent its characteristics, i.e., they may differ in color, shades, dimensions, products, and accessories presented. The sale is governed by the laws regulating mail-order and online transactions between professional operators and the laws in force in Italy.

PRICES

Products and services are priced in euros and are normally listed inclusive of VAT. spoleto.it offers two payment methods: credit card and PayPal. Spolert Winery considers the purchase valid and confirmed upon receipt of payment notification, i.e., upon completion of the financial transaction, after which it proceeds with the corresponding order. The Customer must provide all necessary billing and shipping information accurately and truthfully and is fully responsible for the information provided. If deemed necessary, we reserve the right to use other means to collect amounts owed to us, such as legal counsel or a debt collection agency.

When shopping online, it is important to use payment methods that are secure, reliable, convenient, and fast. That is why Spolert.it uses the methods listed below.

For security reasons, sending payments via PayPal and transferring funds from your PayPal account to your bank account are initially limited; these limits can be removed by completing a PayPal account verification process.
