The true "star" of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a symbol of taste and refinement and which finds its best expression in Prepotto.

In its DOC Friuli Colli orientali subzone, it takes the name of Schioppettino di Prepotto.

It knows how to age with style and always enjoys renewed moments of celebrity, appreciated in the wine world because it always manages to manifest its essence over time.
When young it is scented with berries and revives the nose with the characteristic aroma of black pepper.
Over time, it acquires more complex nuances than a bouquet of great balance, always powerful and ample on the palate.
It is in its own right an emblem of refinement and quality, like the Diva who celebrates it.
In our Schioppettino, thanks to the refinement in earthenware amphorae, you will feel a real explosion of the varietal.
With game it is a good match for its aroma and persistence; it makes a great impression when it accompanies aged or medium aged cheeses.
