Fusion dinner experience: meeting of flavors between the Americas and Friuli

On Friday, March 10 at Spolert Winery we will hold an evening of wine tasting and food and wine pairing on the occasion of Women of Wine Days, dedicated this year to the theme "Women, Wine and a United World."

Producers from Spolert Winery, Vie D'Alt, Vigna Petrussa and Zago wineries, in collaboration with restaurateurs Caterina Cossio of Scribano, Bruna Tocco of Osteria Delizie e Curiosità and Giancarla Cossatti of Tinello di Sant'Urbano are offering a dinner in which elements of the cuisine of the United States, Argentina and Mexico are married with wines from area wineries.

The proposed dishes( empanadas, chili and pulled pork) will be revisited from a Friulian perspective and paired with a Doc prosecco and three Schioppettino di Prepotto wines from different vintages.

The evening will be led by sommeliers, and Women of Wine, Federica Felice and Patrizia Pitta.

Participation in the event is limited with a cost of 35 euros per person.
